Supplies:
Tube & closeup of choice.
Scrap of choice.
I’m using one by Naughty Creations
Called Punk Love.
You can find it at
ArtisticVision

1) Open a 600x600 new image.
Open frame of choice.
Paste the frame as a new layer.
Add a drop shadow
2,2,50,5 black

2) Select inner frame with magic wand.
Selections modify expand 4
Paste paper as new layer.
Select invert & press delete.
Move paper under frame.
Keep selected.

3) Paste tube closeup between paper & frame.
Press delete & select none.
Add a drop shadow.

4) Open fan feathered element. Resize 70%.
Paste as new layer.
Position above background layer.
Add a drop shadow.

5) Open heart ribbon element.
Paste as new layer at bottom of frame.
Add a drop shadow.
Paste main tube on side of frame.
Add drop shadow.

6) Open skull element.
Resize 50%
Paste as new layer on side of frame.
Add drop shadow.

7) Merge visible.
Add wordart of choice or your own.
You can also add a gradient glow of
Fat width 3.
This is optional.
Add a drop shadow.

8) Resize all layers 88%.
Merge visible.
Add copyright & name.
Save jpeg or png.
