Supplies:
Tube of choice
Scrap of choice.
Im using one Creations By Jo
Called Boogie Wonderland
CBJ
Font of choice

1) Open a 600xs600 new image.
Open a frame of choice.
Resize as needed.
I resized 74%.
Copy & paste as new layer.

2) Click inside the frame with magic wand.
Selections modify expand 4
Open paper of choice
Paste as new layer
Selections invert & press delete.
Move under frame.
Keep selected.

3) Paste tube of choice as new layer between frame & paper.
Position in side/corner of frame.
Paste again as new layer.
Position next to the other tube.
Repeat until middle of frame.
Mirror tube & repeat.
You want about 3 tubes per side of frame.
Merge the tubes together.
Press delete.
In layers palete, on merged tubes layer
Apply Luminance legacy

4) Paste original tube as new layer.
Make sure it’s a top layer.
Add a drop shadow to both tube, merged tubes,
& frame layers
2,2,50,5 black

5) Open a disco ball tube.
Resize 60% or as needed.
Paste as new layer on side of frame.
Add drop shadow.

6) Open dotrays circle pattern
Resize 80%.
Move to bottom layer above background.
Add drop shadow

7) Open a music note tube.
Resize by 70% once & 50% twice.
Paste as new layer onto disco ball.
Add a drop shadow.

8) Merge the disco ball & music note layers together.
Duplicate once & the copy layer resize 50%.
Move onto other side of frame.

9) Merge all layers visible except background.
Duplicate once.
On the bottom layer align blur
Gauassian blur 15.

10) Resize 88%.
Add wordart of choice or saying of choice.
Add a drop shadow.
Add copyright info & name.
Save as jpeg or png.
